RETURNS POLICY

EASY RETURNS FOR ANY ITEM THAT'S NOT QUITE RIGHT

We are happy to offer a store credit in exchange for any unworn items in new condition returned within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note, customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns.

What to do:

  • Please get in touch via our Contact Us page - let us know your order number and which item(s) you would like to return for store credit. 
  • Pack your parcel, making sure you use a tracking number - please be sure to use tracking for your parcel, as the customer is responsible for returned goods until they are received by us.
  • Include in your parcel -
    • your unworn item(s) in new condition, with tags attached
    • a copy of your receipt/order
  • Post it to us - Travellers' Robe, PO Box 1460, Kenmore QLD 4069 AUSTRALIA
  • Confirmation & Store Credit - we will process your return and store credit within 2 business days of receiving your item(s). We will be in contact via email with your store credit details as soon as we process your return.
  • Please note, we do not refund purchases due to change of mind, however, we are happy to offer store credit as per the above terms.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. 
  • We inspect all garments before shipping but if you believe an item to be faulty, please get in touch via the Contact Us page with details of the issue. We will be happy to investigate and offer a full refund if the item is found to be faulty. If a fault is confirmed, we will also reimburse your return shipping cost (up to $15 within Australia or up to $30 Internationally).
